Sage Bill of Material Module
This program adds onto Accounts Professional enabling you to create detailed bills of materials for products to be manufactured, including an unlimited number of components, levels of build and numbers of sub-assemblies. Adding a component to multiple bills of materials is a single action.You can also include machine and labour operations as well as sub-contract operations. The program allows you to rollup costs for each element, consolidating cost elements at each level (e.g. labour and materials).
You can easily identify shortages of materials and automatically place purchase orders in accounts, selecting from a list of alternative suppliers.
